How To Make Potato Skillet Recipe

Ingredients
- 4 large potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- 1 teaspoon of dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon of dried rosemary
- 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

Add onions, garlic, and bell pepper to the skillet and sauté until onions are translucent.

Add the diced potatoes to the skillet and season with salt, black pepper, paprika, dried thyme, and dried rosemary. Stir well to coat the potatoes evenly with the seasoning.
